CALENDAR

Appointment Undo

After you make a change to an appointment, you now get the option to undo it as well. Easier to fix accidental changes if any.

ONLINE BOOKING

Multi Search option

You can now enable the option so that the patient can search and find their existing record with your clinic. This saves them the trouble of filling out any forms. They simply validate their record with a OTP and and self-book their appointment with you.



Custom Registration

You now have the option to use your custom designed webpage for patient self registration during the online booking process. An extremely powerful tool that plugs in to your existing eco system of software and solutions.






PATIENT

Quick Registration has been launched

When making an appointment over a phone call, or for a walk-in, you want to quickly wrap up the registration process. Compliance however may require a lot of fields to be filled for a patient registration to be complete. How do we comply and yet quickly register a patient? The solution is switching on the new feature "Quick registration". Enable it under Calendar Preferences.


Once enabled, whenever you want to register a patient from the Calendar you get to see the quick register screen.


You can ONLY have name, sex, email, mobile included as part of the quick registration. You control which the fields are mandatory via clinical preferences.


Patients that are partially filled out will show an exclamation icon on the Calendar.


You need to complete the patient demographics before a consult can start. In case you try to start a consult with a patient whose details are not yet complete, you will see a prompt in the patient's EMR.

Enhanced user interface. Now captures source of the allergy, as well as reason for edits.

My Notes Shortcuts

You can create shortcuts for your detailed my notes templates and then use them in a click.


CREATE NEW SHORTCUT

  1. Write your note and click Save Template.

Document Signing now supports Digital Validation

You now get the option to digitally embed the staff signature of the person signing the visit.

FINANCIALS

Display after tax price

Some clinics like the option to see bill item prices after taxes. They can do so now now by switching on this Financial Preference.
