How to set up Permissions for Clinic Users

Access to Staff is given by assigning them Roles. Each Role has a set of permissions associated with it.

Setting up Permissions for Clinic Users is a 2 Step Process.

STEP I. Define permissions for each of the Roles you plan to have in your Clinic For example: Doctor, for others Nurse and Receptionist.

STEP II. For each Clinic Staff, assign one of the roles you have configured in Step I.

Now, let us have a look at how to setup Permissions for Clinic Users:

1. Go to Tools | Permissions | click on the Role you plan to have in the Clinic. Ex: Doctor.

2. Under Set Permissions check on the Modules, and the features under the Module, you want the Role to have access to. You can toggle the YES/NO switch to turn the permission ON/OFF respectively. Once you have assigned the necessary permissions to a Role ,scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Save.

3. Now go to Tools | Staff | click on the Staff name to open | Role, Ex: select Senior Doctor from the drop-down menu | Save.

Done! Repeat the same process for each staff and set Permissions accordingly.
