What is the content of communication templates in my account

**Introduction**



Please find below the SMS and Email Templates in Clinicea. You are welcome to suggest edits to them for your Clinic by emailing support@clinicea.com.

Here is some guidance on how to navigate through this long list ‚

In black are the regular templates
In gray are regular templates in shortform
In blue are templates to be used if user has 2 way SMS enabled
In light blue are 2 way templates in shortform. Shortform is useful if the customer wants to keep SMS content to within 60 characters.
