Appointments

Increase Patient Retention by Automation

We have been having discussions with several clinic chains on ways to increase patient retention. One common feedback we found was to introduce a workflow so that **next appointments have to be booked, **if there is an ongoing package. Make it mandatory so that the errors of omission by staff is no longer a factor. Some clinics suggested we go a step further by supporting this not just for check-outs, but also for No-Shows and Cancelled Appointments too, and not just for packages but for all appointments.


After extensive planning to support every conceivable scenario, we are introducing this feature. Set it, and watch every checkout, no-show and cancelled appointment, prompt your staff to book the next appointment. Watch retention jump through the roof. Resource Support in Tooltip

You can now view the resource being used by an appointment, in the tooltip itself.





EMR

Video Consultation

Earlier video consults only supported Zoom. Now Google meet **is also supported. To enable it, goto **Tools | Organization | Integrations | Video Call.



Then ask each Provider to goto to their My Profile | My Preferences | Connect to their google account.



They can then do video consults over Google Meet.



Imaging Zooming and Download

New features added in imaging to zoom in and out, as well as to download the image in a click.

Compare Visit Extended

Compare visit used to be earlier restricted to 1 year. It's been extended to 2 years by default.




Preference: Visit will be created at the Patient's Belong to Clinic

If you are a clinic chain you may face a situation where a patient is regular at a clinic branch but may end up visiting another of your locations on a temporary basis. In that case the temporary visit can also be created by default in the first clinic i.e. primary clinic of your patient if this preference is switched on.


Preference: Visit will be created for the Practitioner the Patient has an appointment with

If you have a situation where the nurse is creating triage notes and you want it logged under the Doctor the patient has a consult with, just switch on this preference.


Patient Details now shows the Due

You can see the red bar consistent across the clinic to show patient dues.

You can now view the patient snapshot/summary in a click.



Financials


Flat Commissions

Earlier commissions used to be based on a % of sales price. We had the option to compute it before or after discount price as well. Now we have added the support for flat commissions as well i.e. set up a fixed amount against service, or product.

Promotion before or after Discount

You can now choose to have promotions applied in billing on before tax total **or the **post tax total of the bill.




Preference: Compute Staff Commissions on Gross Item Price i.e. price before discount.

This preference is applicable only when commissions is to be paid as a % of sales price and NOT when it is a flat commission.


Sticker Change for Cancellations and Write-Off

When a bill is adjusted or written off, the adjustment bill that got created used to have the sticker, "Cancelled" or "Written-Off" It now shows the word "Adjustment" for the newly created adjustment bill.



Closing now supports Printing

You can now print the financial closing statement.




Saudi Arabia Tax Support

To ensure compliance, in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you can setup the preference that billing will auto charge taxes on services if the person taking the service is not a Saudi national. You need to set the nationality to Saudi in this preference.



Services now support Color Codes

You can now see color code assigned to each service in the service list page.

Similarly you can search the appointment templates too from within the service master.


Quotation now supports Corporate and Family

Quotation now supports billing to Family and Corporate also.

Detailed View

When you open a package sold to Patient, against each item you get to see a **D **icon. Clicking on the D icon will let you view or edit the commissions for that package item.



Package now support Family and Corporate

Packages for the first time now supports billing **to Family and Corporate billing also.




Inventory


Received Order Computation

In some cases good against a PO or sub-PO are received across multiple shipments. When taking in the 2nd shipment, the system will now show items that are complete as "Already Received", to make the voucher total match exactly with the "goods received note" from the vendor.



Stock-take Custom Reason

You can now put in your own custom list of reasons for the stock-take. It used to be a predefined system list to choose from.




CRM

Lead new Fields

Support added in Leads for Category **(This gets synced to Patient) and **Registration date.


You can also make Lead Category as Mandatory Field.


Support added for both the fields in search as well.



Document Manager

You can now goto a Patient and click on the option of **"Image Gallery" **to scroll through all the images stored across visits.



Communication

Message Timings

To ensure patients are not disturbed at odd hours, you can now setup a messaging window. All communication from the clinic will go out only in the given window. Anything that happens post that will go into a queue.


One time messages like patient birthday messages will go at the start time. i.e. if messaging window is 10am to 8pm, birthday messages will go at 10am.




Callbox

Telephony Updates

Earlier when making a call that went unanswered, it was labelled as a missed call. Now it is labelled as a "Not Answered" Call.


Now when making a call, the segment used will get auto picked up and become part of the call record.


By default the logged in user will appear as the operator in new calls.






Security

Permissions from Staff Profile

You can now jump to the permissions assigned to a staff, by clicking on the link below his Role. This is available under Staff Profile.
