OTP

You can now trigger OTP for engaging appointments too. Earlier it was only triggered at time of checkout.

Age is now displayed for a patient, when booking an appointment.

Dispensing Mode

We now have a revised layout available for Pharmacy Dispensing. This is an optional step to be done prior to billing. you can switch it on in preferences.

Billing Status

Inventory

3 Decimals

All buying and selling prices in inventory will be in 3 decimals at all times, to ensure tax computations are accurate to the 2nd digit.

Save as DRAFT

You now have the option to save your stock orders, Stock Requests, and Purchase orders as Draft. So you can open it up for re-editing.

Editing Batch

Batch details are now fully editable, except for the pack size, which is linked to the inventory and not to a batch.

Single-Sign on is here

If your clinic uses other enterprise apps, authentication may be consolidated by use of Office 365 or Microsoft Entra IDs. Clinicea now supports this out of the box. You can have single sign on enabled as the exclusive mode of authentication or support mixed mode i.e. username and password pair or SSO. Here is a glimpse of the new feature.

Setup SSO under Tools | Organisation | Security

Put in your IDP server settings, we can help if required.

Then use it from your custom login page, or the default Clinicea login page

OPT Validity

OTPs are now valid for 5 minutes instead of the previous 30 seconds.

Patient Details

Sex renamed

You can rename sex to gender if required under Clinical Preferences.
