2 Big additions to Billing. You can write now item-level notes (discount reason, points of a deal etc.). Also, you can attach multiple documents to a bill e.g. scanned copy of an external bill, prescriptions for walk-in pharmacy clients, quotes associated with a large bill, 3rd part system documents.

Imaging 2.0 launched.
Single-Sign on now available for 3rd party systems.
ICD-AM coding support added for EMR (Assessments and Medical History).
Imaging 2.0 is launched. A multitude of options to start off with a new image from the clinic library, client library, system library, direct off the camera, or a drawing canvas.
You get new features to rotate, auto-scale in super large images, as well as the option to undo.
More options of imaging were added to Clinicea EMR, right at the top of the current visit.
Support for ICD-10 AM has been added. You can switch it on for Assessments as well as for Medical history by going to Tools | Organization | Clinical Preferences. Once done you can start using it in the EMR as shown below.
Services that have associated paperwork, clearly stand out with a new icon to demonstrate it.

The package management system in Clinicea continues to get smarter as it acquires more skills. Earlier, when you would sell multiple packages at a go, a single custom package would get created.
However, now, when you combine 2,3,4.. packages at a go, a single invoice gets generated. Clinicea package management system will then intelligently split the custom package in the background to create separate mini-packages for easier tracking. It makes reporting super-easy, while ensuring a single window for billing and payment of the combined package.
Also in packages, you now get to identify "Closed" packages by way of a sticker.

Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence are great technologies, but how we use them is what will make the difference to your Clinic. A game-changer feature is coming for the Aesthetic Industry, one which will guarantee that your clinic will never lose a single $ ever again due to front-desk errors.
Super smart system now in beta, which will literally guide your front desk in appointment booking for packages. It will take a holistic view of the patient's entire credit profile to let appointments go through where the credit risk is acceptable, and pause checkouts subject to $x being collected from the patient. No manual computations are required. Just do what you need to do, quickly, without worrying about the number-crunching. It will be especially useful for clinic chains, where a standardised implementation of financial and credit protocols across various locations is often subject to staff training, and on-the-spot decisions which are never going to be 100% accurate. This system will eliminate such errors completely. Currently in beta and being tried out by some of our clinic chain clients before it becomes available to all in the Pro Plan.
Clinicea Billing auto removes taxes for local residents in Saudi Arabia. However, for corporates taxes will get applied.
Inventory list age now shows pricing as well. In the case of batchable inventory, pricing is picked from the last entered batch details.
The 2nd appointment reminder can now send reminders upto 7 days in advance. Earlier it was limited to a max of 3 days in advance.
