What is the content of communication templates in my account


Introduction


Please find below the SMS and Email Templates in Clinicea. You are welcome to suggest edits to them for your Clinic by emailing support@clinicea.com.


Here is some guidance on how to navigate through this long list ‚


  1. In black are the regular templates
  2. In gray are regular templates in shortform
  3. In blue are templates to be used if user has 2 way SMS enabled
  4. In light blue are 2 way templates in shortform. Shortform is useful if the customer wants to keep SMS content to within 60 characters.


Important Note:{CheckInLinkContent} This placeholder always needs to be inserted with the appointment confirmation email/sms content. This placeholder will check if the appointment has a paperwork attached and if it finds so, it will fetch the content from the Check-In Link Content template.
