How to View the History of Changes for an Appointment

Clinicea will allow you to see the complete list of changes that anyone has made to an appointment.

Let us take an example where an appointment is already booked for patient Mr. Elton John. He is scheduled to visit the clinic on 24th February, 2018 at 8:30am to consult Dr. Pamela Mukherjee. As we can see, a service is already selected for the patient “17-Hydroxy Progesterone”. We will make changes to this appointment and then see how you can view the History of the changes made.



Go to calendar and then click on the appointment for Mr. Elton John. Patient now wants to change the time of appointment form 8:30 am to 10:00 am. Also the room in which he will seen is added to the appointment, its the “Consultation” room.



2. Now if you re-open the appointment you can see all the changes made to this appointment. Just click on the link below Notifications which says “**Last Updated by User on Date at Location**“. It provides you with a detailed information on who made what changes and when.
