How to Reset my Password if I forget it.
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset it.
1. Go to the Clinicea Sign In Page and enter your Sign In ID. Click the Forgot your password? link below the Sign in button**.** An email will be sent to you automatically with a link to set up a new Password.
2. This is what the Password Reset Email from Clinicea, looks like.
3. Once you receive this email, Click on the link provided in the email. This will immediately open the Staff Details window and you will be prompted to Change Password. Enter the desired password and click Save. Important thing to remember is that your password must be at least 6 characters long.
