How to prioritize Patients in the Waiting Room
Patients in the Waiting Room can be prioritized in 2 different ways. If you make any changes to the manner in which you want to arrange, it is saved as your preference.
Arrange by Appointment Time
This is the default option. It arranges patients in the waiting room, based on their Appointment Time. The patients with the earliest appointment appear at the top.
2. Arrange by Arrival Time
It arranges patients in the waiting room, based on their Arrival Time at the Clinic. The Patient who came in first goes right to the top of the queue.
