How to access Patient Medical Records in Calendar
In order to access Patient Medical Records from Calendar:
Look on the left of the Calendar, you will see a list of appointments. Just click on the patient icon of any appointment to open Medical Records_._
  The Medical Records window will open for access. This a not an editable section which gives the list of previous conditions the patient has suffered from. Even if a medical condition is not active, it is still recorded by Doctors, as correlation can be used in differential diagnosis.
