How to spot Vitals and Lab Trends
In order to spot Vital and Lab Trends:
1. Select a Patient and open the Patient Chart. The Patient Chart will open, navigate to the right side of the page to the Patient Medical Summary. Here you will see a section Progress Indicators. Click on an indicator, either Weight or BMI to spot Vital and Lab trends. If you hover the mouse over a particular value, it will also show the date and time this was recorded. The Last Value of Vitals is also shown in this section.
2. There can be several indicators added to Vitals and Lab Trends. To enable an indicator, Click on the +button just beside Lab Trends.
3. This will open up a new section Progress Indicators. It is here that you will be able to choose which parameter you would like to track. To do this, all you need to do is simply click on the Star button. This will change the color of the star into Yellow and your tracking began of a particular item begin.
4. Now go to Patient Chart and navigate to the Progress Indicators on the right side of the page, the newly added vitals will appear as indicators.
Note: You now have the option to print the vitals in the form of the graph shown, on to your prescription. All you need to do is send us a request at support@clinicea.com stating which vitals you would like to appear on the Prescription Printout.
