How to setup automatic patient search in Clinicea using URL query string

You may want that each time a phone call comes into the clinic, the patient details in Clinicea should auto pop up. This is possible if you are using a telephony provider that supports web events for incoming calls. I will walk you through the steps.


A. CALL CENTER SOFTWARE: Configuration

Configure the Clinicea link to forward incoming call numbers in your call center application. The link is:

Here the variable_part is +917057545940


B. CLINICEA


B1. When the patient is FOUND in Clinicea

If the patient found in Clinicea, their EMR will appear instantly.

B2. When the patient is NOT FOUND

If the patient is not found in Clinicea, you will be prompted with the option to "Add New Patient".
