How to use CallBox to reschedule Cancelled Appointments

The CallBox module on Clinicea is excellent for assisting you with Appointment Scheduling. The CallBox is specifically helpful when it comes to the rescheduling of Cancelled and No Show Appointments. The CallBox provides you with a list of all Appointments that got canceled, or where the Patient did not turn up. You can select how far back the list should go to ie Past 1 Day, Past 2 Days, and so on.

Once you have the list of Cancelled and No Show Appointments, you can start calling them up, to find out if they need rescheduling. Let us have a look at how to make this work:

1. Go to CallBox | Click on the Search icon on the extreme right of the page.

2. A Calls to be made window will open | Set Filter, a Filter Appointment Calls section will slide open. This gives you a full view of the filter options you can set.

3. In the Filter Appointment Calls section, select Include Scheduled or Cancelled Appointments for the past, select the number of days from the drop-down menu, let us set it at past 1 day.

This will show all Missed Appointments for the past 1 day. | Apply.

4. The filter has been set. You will now see the list of all such Patients you need to call up. Click on the Call Button to open the Call Details window. Now make your call and take down your notes in this window.
