How to search in CallBox
The Call Box Module in Clinicea auto-saves a list of all incoming and outgoing calls that are relevant to You. However, you can search and filter calls to be made by others too.
For example: Let us assume you are the Supervisor and need to access the list of all calls that are due to be made, regardless of whether the calls have to be made by you or someone else at the Call Center. Instead of going through the entire list of all calls, it would be much simpler if you could just perform a filtered Search i.e. only for all of the Due Calls. Clinicea makes it easy to do so.
Let us have a look at how to filter your Search in CallBox:
1. Go to CallBox | Now click on the Search icon on the extreme right of the page.
2. A Calls to be made window will open | now click on Search, you can Search by Patient name, mobile number or file number | click on the drop-down menu and select Due Calls | Search.
Done! The list of all Patients who are due to be called will appear here. You can filter Search for Due Calls, Completed Calls and Appointment Calls. Appointment Calls are Calls which lead to an Appointment.
