How to mark Assessments as Active
The Assessment could either be a Provisional one or an Actual one. We can make Assessment as active in Clinicea.
Ex: You have a Patient who is suffering from Acute Bronchitis and you want to mark that Assessment as Active. Let us have a look how we can do so in Clinicea.
Prerequisite:
To record Assessment, you must use a case sheet that has the Clinical Section for recording Assessment, enabled.
1. Select a Patient and open up the Patient Chart | Select the case sheet which has Assessment Clinical section enabled.
2. Click on the Assessment+ button to open up the list of Assessments | Select the assessment by clicking on the plus button and this is added. Now you will see 3 Vertical Dots on the right of the assessment. Click on it and “**Set it as Active Assessment**“.
3. Once this is done you can save your work. Assessment is now marked as Active and You will now be able to see all the Active Assessments on the Medical Summary page.
