How to get access to Patient Education Material
After making a diagnosis you may have to give relevant Patient Education Material to your Patients. Rather than having to open paper-based folders, or use another software, you can do this within Clinicea, in a click.
Let us have a look at how to access the library of Patient Education Material:
1. Go to Patient, select a Patient and open up the Patient Chart | scroll down and click on Assessment+ | Add Assessment window will open.
Now click on the ICD10-CM Desc. or ICD10-CM Code. | Search for any assessment | From the search result, pick up anyone and just click on the Assessment name to open up the associated Patient Education Material_. Ex: click on Tachycardia, unspecified._
2. Once you click on the Assessment name, a Health Information window will open. Click again on the Assessment name that has come up. Ex: Arrhythmia.
3. You can now see detailed information regarding Arrhythmia. Ex: Causes. Now scroll down to relevant sections for more detailed information.
