How to combine Patients into a Family
When you have multiple Patients from a single Family, you may want to combine them as one Family. Let us have a look at how to do this.
1. Go to Patient | click on the Patient you want to link to a Family. Ex: James Anderson.
2. Patient Medical Record will open | Click on the Patient Name in order to open Patient Details.
3. Patient Details window will open | By default Family will be the Patient name. Ex: By default, it is FAMILY: James Anderson
Click on Family | On the right-side Search Family fly-out of all the family will open.
Click on Change Family that will list all the Families in Clinicea | Search and select the family member by clicking on the + button beside their Name| Click on Save. Ex: You can put James Anderson in the Alero Binitie Family.
4. If a Patient needs to be removed from the Family you need to Click on My Family. Click on the three vertical dots on the right of the family name and Remove from Family.
That is how easy it is to combine patients in a family or remove patients from a family.
