How to associate Chief Complaints with HPI
It is very easy to have customized HPI templates associated with your common Chief Complaints. This will standardize history taking and ensure you never miss out on the important bits. Let us see how.
1. Goto Tools | Clinical Groups | Add New – see how to create a Clinical Group. Make sure you set the Clinical Section to “Chief Complaints”.
2. In the group add the associated HPI questions by clicking on “Add Parameters” as Clinical Items. That’s it.
