How to add your Digital Signature on the Prescription
You can add your Signature on the Prescription print-out. This can be done by following the simple steps provided below.
1. Take a plain sheet of paper and put your signature on it. Then take a close up picture of the same and save it. It is recommended that the file size for this snapshot should not exceed 100 Kb.
2. Next Login to Clinicea | Open your Staff Profile | On the right side of the Staff Name there is a field to add Digital Signature for Prescriptions, upload the saved picture from Step 1. | Click on Save.
3. Once the image is saved (as shown in the picture below), all you need to do is inform us by Email that you would like your signature on the prescription. Our Support Team will update your prescription layout shortly and your prescription will from thereon bear your signature.
