How to access Patient Demographics from Patient Chart
If you need quick access to the Patient Demographic details while you are working on the Patient Chart, you can do so in 1 click and here’s how:
Example: You are recording medical data for Patient Shalini in the Patient Chart, you quickly want to update his emergency contact details in the Patient Demographics.
1. You are already in the Patient Chart for Shalini and on the right, you are able to see the Patient Medical Summary. On the Medical Summary, at the top of the page, you will see the Patient’s name, Gender, and Age. Click on the Name and this will open the Patient Details.
2. This is the Patient Demographics page that opens and now you can enter the relevant details and then click on Save. Once saved, click on the back button to return to the Patient Medical chart.
Example: You are recording medical data for Patient Shalini in the Patient Chart, you quickly want to update his emergency contact details in the Patient Demographics.
