How to access all Past Visit Data of a Patient
In order to access all Past Visit Data of a Patient select a Patient and open the Patient Chart.
1. Navigate to the right-hand side of the page and click on the Past EMR tab. This displays the various bookmarks related to the Patient’s past EMR such as _Activities, Assessments, Files, History, Immunizations, Investigations, Recalls, and Treatment/Rx_ prescribed. Click on each of the bookmarks to view the relevant information.
2. Similarly, clicking on Past Financial lists out bookmarks related to the Patient’s past financial information such as _Bills, Gift Cards, Packages, Products, Payments, Points, Quotations, and Services._
3. Lastly, you have the Past Others tab. Clicking this lists out bookmarks related to the Patient’s past _Appointments and Communication._
