How to run SMS Campaigns on Leads
The CRM module manages and tracks all marketing activities you perform on your Leads. You can run marketing campaigns on your leads through SMS or Email. All such campaigns get tracked and become a part of a Leads Communication History.
Let us assume that you need to run a campaign on all Male Leads aged 40-50. Let us show you how.
1. Go to CRM | Set Gender ex: select M to search for male Leads. | Set category e_x: Lead |_ Set Age Range. ex: 40-50 ((For more info, please click on How to search for Leads)
2. You see the search results, along with the count on your right. Click on the SMS ALL button located on the extreme right side of the page.
3. A flyout will open to the right. Enter the Campaign Name. Here, Campaign Name means the name of the marketing or promotional offer for which you want to communicate with the lead.
Please note that SMS will be sent only to those leads who have a valid Mobile No. and whose Communication Preference is set to [SMS] in the CRM.
4. Write down the content of the SMS which you want to send to the lead. You can Use @fname for Lead First Name, @lname for Lead Last Name. @orgname for your Clinics Name. @orgphone for the Clinic Phone.
_Here is a sample SMS Content:_
_Hi, @fname,_
_We are providing a 10% discount on Complete Heart Checkups for this week only. To avail of this offer, please contact @orgname at @orgphone as soon as possible, to book this offer. Available to first 50 callers only._
This gets translated into multiple SMSs
_Hi John,_
_We are providing a 10% discount on Complete Heart Checkups for this week only. To avail of this offer, please contact Health Hearts Clinic at +91 87900 32450 as soon as possible, to book this offer. Available to first 50 callers only._
_Hi David,_
_We are providing a 10% discount on Complete Heart Checkups for this week only. To avail of this offer, please contact Health Hearts Clinic at +91 87900 32450 as soon as possible, to book this offer. Available to first 50 callers only._
etc.
Click on SEND SMS button to start the SMS Campaign. It will SMS all your leads in 1 click. You will see a prompt SMS is getting Sent at the top of the window.
Your leads will now start receiving the SMS. The CRM will also update the Communication History of each of the Leads that were contacted in this campaign.
