How to redeem Loyalty Points at the time of Billing

We will go over how can Patients use loyalty points to pay bills.

1. Open any due bill in Financials | Search Bill.

2. Click on Use Points.

3. Put in the amount of points a client wants to use. Then click Use Points.

NOTE: You may be prompted to enter an OTP to use these points, based the preferences set by your clinic administrator. This OTP gets sent to the patient's mobile number.

4. The points get converted to a discount. The discount is visible at item 2 in the grid below. Service is called "Points Redeemed". You can click open the item to see the conversion rate. Bill due amount gets reduced.

5. If the points alone do not cover the whole bill, you can collect the rest of the due amount in any other payment mode. And then Click on Save.
