🔁How to Convert a Quotation in Clinicea

In Clinicea, you can create a quotation or recommended plan for patients using:

• Individual services and retail products
• A custom package
• A pre-defined package

Once a quotation is created, follow these steps to convert it into a bill or package.

🔍 Step-by-Step: Convert a Quotation

1. Navigate to the quotation

Go to Financials → Search → Quotations.

2. Open the quotation

Locate and click on the relevant quotation.

3. Click “Convert to Quotation”

This will bring up a popup as shown below:

4. Choose from the two options:

• ✅Convert to Bill

Use this option if the items are already completed.

This will immediately generate a bill for the listed items in the quotation.

• 📦Convert to Package

Use this option if the items are yet to be completed.

This will create a treatment package that can be tracked over multiple visits.

5. Click “Cancel” if you do not want to proceed.

🔧 System Preference Note

There is a system preference available that allows the clinic to automatically convert all quotations to packages.

If this preference is enabled for your clinic, the above screen (with "Convert to Bill" or "Convert to Package") will not appear — the quotation will go directly into a package.

To review or change this setting, please contact your system administrator or Clinicea support.
