How to write Letters
You can write letters, merge it with Patient data and email or print it off. You can also send the letter you write for signing by the Doctor before sending it off.
1. Let us first see the workflow for a user who does not have access to the patient’s chart. Example- A receptionist.
a. Go to Documents | Patient Documents | Select Patient | Write Letter.

b. In the new window select the template from the list of Templates and click Open. Ex: Fitness Certificate**.** This opens the _Fitness Certificate Template_ and merges it with the Patient Information**.** You can edit the document.
Once done, you can Email it off, or Save & Print. If Document Signing is mandatory in your Clinic, this document too will be sent for signing.
