How to fix Login issues

Login Issue faced by a user can be fixed using the following methods:

1. If you have forgotten your Password; reset it here

2. If you have forgotten the Username contact us at Support

3. If you are unable to login to Clinicea even though your Username and Password is correct, it could be a case of cookies being disabled in your Browser. This can be easily fixed by allowing your Browser to accept cookies. Select the correct link, based on the browser you are on and “allow cookies”
