How to view all the Support Tickets raised by your Clinic

You can view all tickets raised by your Clinic by following the steps below:

1. Log in to the ticketing portal using your support login (this is not the same as the clinicea login)



2. Click on ‘Tickets’ link at the top. You will now see all the tickets raised from your Clinic.
