How to setup patient self-registration on your website

The custom page format which will be shared with the support team needs to be shared with the Clinicea Team. Once the form is developed and deployed, the following thing needs to be followed:

FOR PATIENTS

  1. Paste the URL in the text box shown below.

This will set the sign-up for the patient registration in the patient portal


  1. In case, the Clinic does not want to directly create appointments inside Clinicea, they can set up the review process inside the Clinicea App where staff can review and accept or reject registration requests.


  1. If you want to replace the patient portal edit page under ‘My Profile’ after logging into the patient portal, then paste the URL in the following option.


  1. For patients who are registered from the Online Booking page, paste the URL in the following option.


  1. Additionally, the link could also be shared with the Clinic which will be put on their website (If the requirement arises)


  1. COMMUNICATION TO CLINIC

a. Set up a clinic team that will receive notifications for new registrations that are made externally.


b. If 2-step self-registration is ON, then use the first option. For direct registrations, use the second option.


  1. COMMUNICATION TO PATENT

a. For 2-step registrations, use the following option to notify the clients acknowledging the registration requests.


b. For direct registrations, use the following clients to notify clients.


FOR LEADS

  1. If the form is developed from the leads, then the link needs to be shared with the Clinic which will be put on their website.


  1. To inform the Clinicea Team and the Leads, use the following options under ‘Communications’
