How to set up access for the Patient to use Patient Portal
In order to give a Patient access to the Patient Portal:
1. Select a Patient and open Patient Details either from Appointments or the Patient Chart.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to Access Patient Portal. Toggle the switch to “ON” and fill in the Patient’s email address in Login Email | Save.
3. Once saved, the Patient will receive an email instantly with Login and Password Details. The Patient can now access the Patient Portal by logging into Clinicea with the given Login Details. Once signed-in the first thing the patient will see is their upcoming appointments. The patient can choose to either cancel or confirm the appointment or book a new appointment as well.
4. The patient can now view their own medical chart. This is accessed from under My Records on the left. Click on Medical Summary to access a detailed information on vitals, investigations, assessments and many more.
