In order to Reset a Patient Portal Password:
1. Select a Patient and open Patient Details.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page to Access Patient Portal and click on Reset Password, the Patient will automatically receive an email with a temporary Password.
3. The Patient can log in to Clinicea with the temporary password | then click on Change Password
4. A Change Password Window opens. The patient enters the desired password and clicks on Save. The password has been changed.
