In order to set up your “Namecheap” Mail Account using Outlook follow the steps below:

1. Open Outlook | click on Files | Account Settings | select Add and remove accounts or change existing connection settings.

2. Click New

3. Add Account window opens up | Click on Manual setup or additional server types | click Next

4. Choose POP or IMAP | Click Next again

5. Enter the following details:
User Information
Your Name: John Do (replace this with your name)
E-mail Address: johndo@clinicea.com (replace this with your email ID)

Server Information
Account Type: IMAP
Incoming mail server: server36.web-hosting.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): server36.web-hosting.com

Logon Information
Username: johndo@clinicea.com (replace this with your email ID)
Password: pwd1234 (Put your credentials)
Remember Password: Checked on

6. Click on More Settings | Internet E-mail Settings window opens up | Click on Outgoing Server

My outgoing server (SMTP) required authentication : Checked on
Use same settings as my incoming mail server: Checked on

7. Go to Advanced | under Server Port Numbers
Incoming sever (IMAP): 993
Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
Outgoing Server (SMTP): 465
Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL

Click Ok.

8. It takes you back to the Add Account window | click Next and you will see a Test Account Settings window

9. Once done you will get the following message. You’re all set! | Click Finish
