When trying to open Clinicea using Google Chrome if you get a message saying “Authentication Failed”, “Update Google Chrome Browser”.
Step by Step the process should be as follows:
Make sure you are accessing Clinicea through the Google Chrome Browser.
Please check and update your Google Chrome Browser to the latest version.
Try using Clinicea from any other computer, to check if problem persists. It will help us isolate if this is a hardware or a software issue.
