Only the Administrator of the Clinic can reset the Password of another Staff. It is done as follows:

1. The Administrator can go to Tools | Staff | Click on Reset Password. Clinicea will automatically send an email to the staff with a new temporary password.

2. This is what the Password Reset Email from Clinicea, looks like.

3. Once you receive this email, use the temporary password to Sign In. Immediately upon signing in, the Staff Details window will open and you will be prompted to Change Password. Enter the desired password and click Save. Important thing to remember is that your password must be at least 6 characters long.
