To manually mark a package item as complete in the Calendar screen the following steps must be completed.
1. Go to Calendar, scheduled appointments will appear on the screen, | click on the appointment to open the appointment details page. Click on Select Services.
2. In the Bill Items Page | under Pending, click on the three vertical dots and Mark as Completed for a package item, a confirmation pop up window will open, click ok to confirm task and Save.
3. You will get a prompt, Click OK to that.
4. Similarly you can also mark an item as incomplete. This is useful if you have marked an item as complete by accident. Only those with Advanced Financial Permissions are able to see this feature.
