The CallBox module on Clinicea, auto-saves the history of all incoming and outgoing calls that you personally handled. There is no need for maintaining manual lists of calls received and made. You can view your call history at any given time.
Let us have a look at how to view Call History:
a. Go to CallBox | New Outgoing Calls | now click on the Search icon on the extreme right of the page.
b. A Call History window will open | click on History of My Calls, the history of all incoming and outgoing calls for the day will show here.
You can change the day by, clicking on each of the tabs available and also do a custom search for any date.
