1. Go to Financials | Search Bill | Select Bill, a new Edit Bill window will open.
2. You can now change the Transaction Date, Doctor, or add Comments if the Bill was created in the last 7 days. If the bill was created more than 7 days ago, only the Administrator can modify these fields.
If you need to change items in a bill, that cannot be done here. You will have to cancel this bill and create a new one with the correct items.
Note: If by chance you have entered an incorrect payment amount, then it is not the Bill that you want to change, you want to change the Payment.
