1. On the left of the calendar screen, against each appointment, you can see the number of minutes a patient has waited for. If a Patient has waited for more than 15 minutes, the waiting period will auto-turn to red, drawing your attention towards it.


2. The waiting period time can be set as per your clinic’s requirements. This can be done by going to Tools | Organization | Select Organization | Calendar Preference | Highlight patients who have waited for __ minutes.

This can help in managing the patients who have been waiting for  a longer time more effectively.
