An appointment is usually made at the front desk by the receptionist. However, as clinic touch-points with a patient expands, an Appointment can also be made in many other ways.
Appointments can be made from the EMR when Practitioner setups a recall, when assigning a Package – based on preset appointment interval rules, from the Call Center and from Curofic – the online booking Service.
1. If an appointment was booked using Curofic, then a
icon against the appointment.
2. In order to see the appointment was made using CallBox or for a recall by the Doctor, you just need to open the Appointment Details page and look at the bottom.
3. You can also see the source of the appointment under the Reports | Appointment Report.
