You can plan the roster for all your team members by the week, fortnight, or month. Schedule leaves, breaks, normal hours, half-days. Now when a colleague in your clinic updates an appointment on their device, the change will instantly reflect on your laptop, mobile phone, without the need to refresh the page, or click on any anything. ### Auto-Bill You can now setup the preference to auto bill a patient as soon as you confirm an appointment. In case you cancel the appointment, the bill gets auto deleted. Additionally you can also now apply a coupon code along with the promotion. Ensuring over ordering is nipped in the bud. ### Other Changes * We now compute discount based on flat amounts as opposed to %, to ensure accuracy down to the 3rd decimal. * Cancelled Bills can also be copied. Useful if you have a bill with many bill items. * Concurrency better supported. We saw users opening the same bill, or stock take, or stock vouchers in 2 different tabs and accidentally update each with partial information resulting in incomplete data. The system now identifies this mistakes and protects you from such an error of omission. * Membership charges a patient has to pay, will default bill to the Patient, and not to Family or Corporate. * Membership start date can now be set to a future date. * Stock-take can now be printed. * You make it mandatory for package code and category to be defined in the package master - Organization | Financial Preferences. Same feature made available for Service Code and Category as well. * Cancellation of partly used Gift cards is also now allowed. ||| PACKAGES A lot of updates have been introduced in packages ### Replace Item You can allow a patient to exchange an existing item of the package, and in turn select another service in its place. During switch, the older package gets cancelled. Any completed services, and dispended products gets billed. We saw some customers who operate clinic chains across different countries. They ended up having experienced staff at HQ, assist with the operations of the newly opened center in another country. E.g. a staff member in Australia doing tasks in Clinicea for a USA opened branch of the clinic. In such cases the time zone could either be Australia or USA, but could not be both - this is the industry norm. No more!. Clinicea now lets the staff member retain their original setting i.e. Australia, and continue completing tasks in Clinicea for a US Clinic in the US time zone. Switching between time zones and clinic locations is completely invisible i.e. no extra clicks, no switchovers, no impact of the laptop being in a yet again a different time zone - we have built the intelligence to just make it work, smoothly and simply, with all the computation happening behind the scenes.
