What to do when Google Chrome says “This site says… Authentication failed”
When trying to open Clinicea using Google Chrome if you get a message saying “Authentication Failed”, “Update Google Chrome Browser”.
Step by Step the process should be as follows:
- Make sure you are accessing Clinicea through the Google Chrome Browser.
- Please check and update your Google Chrome Browser to the latest version.
- Try using Clinicea from any other computer, to check if problem persists. It will help us isolate if this is a hardware or a software issue.
- If the problem still persists please email a screenshot of the entire login screen you are seeing including the addressbar at the top, to Support
