# What is the function of the various Permissions in Reports

Let us review in detail the permissions for the Report module.

**1. Export Data Out**  
It allows the user to export the generated Report into an Excel file. If the Report needs to be printed, it can be done via Excel. This permission should be given to the Accountant and other Management Staff to maintain Reports offline.

**2. SMS All**  
It allows the user Text Messages everyone on a report with a click. This feature is useful for running marketing campaigns. This permission should be restricted to a Clinic Manager only.
