# What is the function of the various Permissions in Document Manager

Let’s you manage print queue, sign documents and maintain a document library for the clinic.

**Manage Library:** Lets you add or remove documents from the clinic’s library. Can be given to the person in charge of handling files in the clinic.

**Manage Print Queue:** Lets you print documents off the queue. Can be given to the receptionist.

**Authority to Sign Documents:** Lets you sign visit notes. Can only be given to a *Doctor.

  
**Enable Letter Writing:** Lets you write emails on behalf of the clinic. Limit it to a Senior receptionist or a doctor.
