# Training for Therapists

Training for Therapists made easy! This article highlights the basic flow of a Therapist and how to manage it effectively with the use of Clinicea.

## Taking Consent

As a Therapist you may need to take Consent from Patients before you start their treatment. Clinicea gives you the option to do so very easily.

1.  First things first! Before you start a treatment session, you can take [Patient Consent](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/how-to-access-patient-history-and-consent-in-calendar-f77i73/) right from the Calendar.
    

## Treatment Notes

Servicing a treatment? Recording of treatment notes is not optional but almost essential and here is how you do it:

1.  Taking down [treatment notes](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/how-to-record-a-patient-visit-ohadw/) for a Patient.
    
2.  Need to access Patient [past visits](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/how-to-access-all-past-visit-data-of-a-patient-2hwhjx/) to check on progress or treatments taken? Here you go!
    
3.  Need to [upload documents or images](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/how-to-attach-a-document-to-a-patients-chart-1pqzn4i/) of a Patient- easy peasy!
    
4.  Or perhaps flip through the [Gallery](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/how-to-use-the-slideshow-feature-to-iterate-over-images-across-past-visits-1cni2yh/) of Patient images?!
    
5.  And the use of medical imaging for before/after images..we have provision for that too.
    

## Packages

As a Therapist, you know that [packages](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/getting-started-with-packages-1amiux9/) are an integral part of the business. And here are some of the basics:

1.  Do you often suggest packages to your clients? heres how you can [assign](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/how-to-assign-a-new-package-to-the-patient-from-financials-1yhd9ml/) one!
    
2.  Make the offer attractive! Give them further [discounts on Packages](https://help.clinicea.com/en/article/how-to-give-additional-discount-in-packages-1gemioc/)!
