# In order to set up Public Holidays of your Clinic:

**1.** Go to **Tools** | **Holidays** | **+Add New**.

**2.** A new **Holiday Details** window will open, fill in details and **Save**.

**3.** In case you run a clinic chain, you can also opt to apply the same holiday across some of your other clinics in the city, or any circle or across all clinics.

**a.** Select the holiday from the list of saved holidays. In the Holiday Details page, click on Apply to Clinics.

A flyout will appear on the right side of the screen. Click on the Mass edit icon.

**b.** Select **Clinic or Circle or All Clinics** as required. Then from the drop-down list below, choose the desired names. Click on **Save**.

**4.** Once a Public Holiday is set, the Calendar will show all time slots on that day in the color grey in each of the selected clinics and the top of the page will display that it is a holiday in highlighted text. For example, Christmas is saved as a public holiday and this is how it will appear on the Calendar.
