# How to view Patient Financial Dues on the Calendar

Financial Dues of a Patient can be seen at the time of making an appointment.

**1.** On the Calendar page make an appointment for a Patient who owes the clinic some money. You will notice a red color bar comes up on the right of the appointment.

**2.** To view the due amount, move cursor over the scheduled Appointment.

Similarly, once the patient pays the past dues, this red colored bar will disappear from all of the patient’s past and future appointments. It acts as a quick reckon-er to help you maintain patient accounts in order.
