# How to view all the Support Tickets raised by your Clinic

You can view all tickets raised by your Clinic by following the steps below:

**1.** Log in to the ticketing portal using your support login (this is not the same as the clinicea login)

**2.** Click on **‘Tickets’** link at the top. You will now see all the tickets raised from your Clinic.
