# How to upload Documents

Documents can be uploaded to a Common Library or attached to a specific Patient.

## **1. How to Upload Documents to a Common Library**

**a.** **Documents | Library |** Click **+Add New**

**b.** The **Document** window will open. Click on **Browse** and select one or more files that you need to upload. Alternatively, you can also **_Drag & Drop_** the files on this page | Assign a **Category** to the Documents | Click on **DONE.**

## **2. How to attach Documents to a Specific Patient**

**a.** **Documents | Patient Documents |** Search for the specific Patient | Click on “**+**” button to add new files.

**b.** The document window will open. Click on **Browse** and select one or more files that you need to upload. Alternatively, you can also **_Drag & Drop_** the files on this page **|** Assign a **Category** to the Documents **|** Click on **DONE.**

**Note**: At any given time, a maximum of 6 files can be uploaded. Size of each file should not exceed 6MB.
