# How to setup Inventory Alerts

You can setup Inventory Alerts to SMS and Email you.

**Goto Tools | Organization | Select an Organization |** Scroll down to bottom right and select **Communication** preferences.

*   Whenever the stock QOH falls below the Re-Order Level
    
*   Well before a stock expires.
