# How to setup an Inventory that is bought in packs but dispensed in smaller units

To set up an Inventory that is bought in packs but dispensed in smaller units:  
**1.** Go to **Inventory** | select and click on Inventory Item from the **Inventory List.**

**2. Inventory Details** will open, scroll down to the bottom of the page and **g**oto **Last Pack details** | type in **Unit Name** to dispense in **Quantities of 1** | **Save**
